Rugby professionals 'Exeter
Chiefs' used us for a
pre-season 'warm up' activity
afternoon.
Included in the fun, was vehicle driving over a unique
'Terrapod' which can be seen at
Land Rover events throughout the
UK. They enjoyed an archery
session and all had the
opportunity to drive around the 35
acre off-road
course. |

Show 2008 was a real success
and drew large crowds. The
blessing of the day was upon
us! This was the first year,
out of
the last three years, when it did
not rain heavily. Land Rover
Experience West Country set up an
off-road course allowing
participants to get the feel of
off-road activity - during the
process we raised £280 for the
show's designated charity. |

| Boardmasters
2008 at Newquay (sponsored by
Land Rover UK) enjoyed being
entertained by MAD bikers, who
used the 'Terrapod' as a
demonstration platform. We were
happy to attend, demonstrate
vehicles driving over the 'Terrapod'
and oblique the needs of the

Travers, Chief Executive of
the Born Free Foundation,
was one of 36 special guests who
attended an afternoon to celebrate
the 'opening' of the newly re-vamped
Land Rover Experience West Country
centre. Will gave an enlightening
talk about 'keeping wildlife in
the wild' and the work of the
foundation, concurrent with their
long standing relationship with
Land Rover (UK). (Picture

and First Aid Training. Our
staff receiving

day in the classroom on 'First
Aid' procedures and another full
afternoon doing some practical
'Fire' training - here at Land
Rover Experience West Country. Did

Event. To see the speed that these
birds descend and then to have
them land and then sit on your arm
